Heaven Resort

This hotel is the access point to the coastline and Turtle Cove, and there are also condos where people live full time here, and rentals. The rooms are nice and clean, and some even have nice views, like mine with the ocean view! The rooms are nice are very expensive, but they have the amenities of an apartment. To access the Turtle Cove, park at the golf course if you are a visitor and then head down the road to the gap between buildings 3 and 4 and the end, then head down the steep trail to the ocean level, you will see a cave, which is the turtle cove and there are always turtles sleeping inside, so don’t disturb them.

This was the second time we rented an Airbnb that was located in Ali Kai Resort. Both times the condos were extremely nice. Very clean & came with plenty of amenities, such as beach chairs & coolers. Both places had great views & even though they did not have AC with the provided fans it was still pleasant. Both places had everything you needed to cook in the kitchen.

Stayed for 1 week with family. Facilities was great, location is also great. No complaints on customer service, they even called ahead to make sure my travel was ok. Issues are: 1. Noise issue from chickens is true but tolerable to me. They start bawling around 4am and can get loud if it is right out your window. 2. No air condition for the rooms. This makes it so you have to keep the windows open at night and their screen windows aren’t the best. 3. Bugs- little black flies and Beatles fly in and land on your bed to hang out with you, you can get rid of them using a vacuum, but this is a manual effort on the tenant part and takes half a hour daily to cover all the rooms. 4. The rooms are spacious and clean, temperature wise it ain’t so bad with the fan on and windows open at night. Kitchen was my fav, had everything you need, including two type of coffee machines. Bbq by the pool, jacuzzi, evening walks to watch the sunset over the cliff. Overall, I would come again if they can fix the bug issue, great location, close to hidden beaches and foodland for grocery. Oh and the internet is fast compare to other places I have been to on the island.
