Heavenly Outlook

Warm welcome from Stuart and Peter the hosts. We have stopped three times so far and it has always been a pleasure. Well facilitated rooms, clean rooms, fantastic fulfilling breakfast with a LOT of choice. Will be returning shortly, thank you once again for your hospitality!

I can honestly say this small Bed and Breakfast is the best place I’ve ever stayed. I’ve experienced luxury hotels like the Marriott, but nothing compares to the genuine warmth, attention to detail, and heartfelt hospitality here. As vegans, we’ve come to expect very little from hotel breakfasts—so we were absolutely stunned when the hosts welcomed us with thoughtful, delicious, and beautifully prepared vegan options without hesitation. It wasn’t just “accommodated,” it felt like they genuinely cared about making us feel included and comfortable. That level of consideration is so rare. And then there’s the coffee. Hands down the best coffee in the UK. Bold claim, I know—but after tasting it, you’ll understand. The location is just as perfect. Peaceful, scenic, and full of charm—it’s a true escape that lets you unwind while still being close to everything you might want to explore. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. You’re not just a guest—you’re welcomed like family. Thoughtful touches, warm conversations, and a sense of calm and care that no big-name hotel could ever replicate. If you’re considering booking—do it now. It’s a rare gem, and I already can’t wait to go back next year!

Had an amazing stay, felt just at home. Lovely host! Would definitely be staying again. Has a big variety for breakfast! 5-10 mins away from the bench. Very close to peasholm park. Perfect for an getaway!
