I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The atmosphere was relaxing, everything was clean and well organized. I especially want to highlight Ayla at the reception , she is truly exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm attitude made me feel so welcomed. She went above and beyond to help with anything I needed, always with a smile. Ayla is a true asset to the hotel, and one of the main reasons I’d gladly come back. Highly recommended!👌
Stayed recently. Location is great. The staff was really helpful and kind. The room we stayed is good & really comfortable also you can enjoy great view over Sarajevo city and the skyline.
Great location! Make sure you take the left elavator up to the 9th floor for reception. The Views were perfect and the location couldn’t have been better!!
