It is one of the best thermal facilities in Türkiye, especially in terms of thermal water quality. When the price paid is taken into consideration, the food and quality are top notch. And it is a perfect place with its service approach suitable for all ages due to its location. They deserve praise for their new professional management, their service approach that is far from commercialism and that cares about human health and comfort. And most importantly, it is a hotel where you can spend quality time with your family and loved ones.
The reception is slow. We waited a long time to enter. The music in the pools is like a neighborhood wedding. The retirement of towels has come. The variety of restaurants has gradually decreased over the years. Transportation, cleanliness, parking and staff are good.
It depends on where you start. There was an electricity problem in the hotel. The generator also broke down and there was no electricity for hours. The elevator was not working and there was no flow, including water, due to electricity. My room was on the 6th floor and I walked up to the room. The air conditioner does not work, the rooms are like a sauna. The water does not run, we could not take a shower. I had a water problem for 4-5 hours and could not get water to the room despite asking for it 10 times. I said let me go downstairs and get it myself, they said there was no water left. They give water to customers in glasses. You cannot drink tea or coffee because there is a power problem. There are no cold drinks or even ice machines because there is no power. Everything in the hotel is very old and poorly maintained, they say it is due to the thermal water, it has nothing to do with it, the walls have fallen down to the plaster. I look from the 6th floor, even the roof tiles of the buildings in front of me have fallen down. I wanted to buy something from the market, I waited for 1 hour for the market, but I could not get it to turn on. I shopped at the village grocery store 1 km away with my car. Writing would be insufficient.
