Hedef Resort

I am very pleased with the hotel, they have 3 different kitchen with a variety of food and drinks. We checked in yesterday and there is unlimited drinks as well 24/7 . We also got our room safe stuck but the staff were kind enough to help us immediately. There is a beach bar and the pool .. everything is great I don't understand the ratings previously. I heard it underwent renovation, maybe previously it was the case but now it's splendid. Thanks to everyone

A very large hotel with lots of activities, big pools, water slides, various bars, and plenty of places to eat. Overall, it’s quite decent for the price. However, the hygiene is extremely poor. Unlike other resorts that use paper cups, here they use glass ones, which can easily spread infections — we actually got infected after that. The beaches are okay, but the sea is not great: lots of waves, rocks, and it’s not the cleanest. The rooms are great and cleaned regularly. The service is fine. It can get a bit crowded, but that’s understandable.

I don't recommend this hotel, we just came back from a trip and when we arrived in the evening, we got a room that was very dirty and when we wanted a new room, we had to pay an extra 70€, we just got a cleaner room and had to pay extra for it, which is not ok.. the room we were supposed to get was a family room but in reality we got a room where one had to sleep on a folding armchair and the rooms and the hotel in general are very dirty, I definitely don't recommend people going on holiday with families to go there, horrible horrible. The only good thing was the food and the pool but everything else was completely horrible... the most horrible hotel experience of my life. its one star hotell not five. 🤔
