It's a very great hotel. Room &Food also. And All reception was good service and politely. The reception lady "Feemmy" did a good job and helped us with everything. Also the Bellboys are good service and take care of our luggage. Everyone here is so friendly 😊👍

The hotel was a great place to stay, room are well equipped and all the hotel staff were very cordial and helpful. Special mention for Mr. Bom who helped me during check in and check out. A great cheers for all.

I recently visited a friend who was staying at this hotel and overall, I was quite impressed. The place was very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was convenient—no complaints about the hotel itself. However, I feel compelled to mention a disturbing incident that took place while I was at the pool area. A group of around eight adult men stripped down to their underwear and swam in the pool. What made this especially concerning is that they spent most of their time in the children's swimming area, while children were present. This behaviour is completely inappropriate, unhygienic, and unacceptable in any public setting, let alone in a space meant for families. Shockingly, it went unnoticed or unaddressed by staff. I hope management takes this seriously and implements clearer rules and better supervision to ensure all guests, especially children, feel safe and comfortable using the facilities.
