Great location, seamless check-in, good value for money!
We came for a one-night stay. The hotel is very quiet, and the rooms are very nice. Except for the sink, which gets wet everywhere, and there were wet bits. And the shower quickly floods. There are no noises, and the hotel is very well located. There's no breakfast.
Unacceptable. Shower full of hair and no solution I arrived tired after a long trip, just wanting to take a shower, and found the bathtub full of other people's hair. Disgusting. I went down to reception to ask for a solution, and they told me there was no cleaning staff available and they couldn't change my room because the hotel was full. They offered me a ridiculous 10% discount as the only compensation. It's shameful that a hotel operates without the ability to resolve something as basic as this. I went to sleep without being able to shower and feeling totally disgusted. One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I will never return.
