We originally booked the Ostseeliebe holiday apartment from Port54 in Olpenitz for the end of 2020/beginning of 2021. Unfortunately, the vacation had to be canceled due to Corona. Port54 made a free cancellation without any problems. We then booked the Heimathafen holiday home again in Olpenitz via Port54, this time for December 27th, 2021 - January 2nd, 2022. It was a really nice short vacation for four with 2 children (3 and 1 year old) in a really great house. In addition to the pleasant underfloor heating, the fireplace heats up very nicely after a windy, rainy day on the Baltic Sea beach (5 minutes away by car, 25 minutes on foot), and the small, cozy one-man sauna does the rest ;) The children also loved the bathtub. Very well-equipped kitchen with all the trimmings made the stay very pleasant in terms of culinary supplies. The quick accessibility of Edeka (Olpenitz) and Rewe (Kappeln), both of which had very high quality furnishings and a great range of products, also helped a lot. We found a few deficiencies in the property. Especially worried about our deposit, we took a closer look. We reported all the issues we found to Ms. Rasmussen at Port 54 and within a very short time we received a call back and a quick, joint, individual solution, so the stay quickly became a relaxing short vacation for us. All in all, a great property and even better support from Port 54, especially from Ms. Rasmussen, who always responded promptly and courteously to inquiries in advance and afterwards. Thank you again to the entire Port 54 team and keep it up. Best regards from Dresden
