Heiner's Parkhotel

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed, with a great desing making my stay very pleasant. The mattress was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel’s bar was a nice touch, offering a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very fast, which was a great benefit for those needing reliable internet access. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. I look forward to returning in the future!

We stayed at Heiner's as a family for 5 days. There is very little to fault. The Hotel is very clean and spacious and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great to access the local areas by foot, bike or car. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was extremely comfortable. We had a really lovely stay. My only suggestions to improve the experience are small. The children's menu in the bar/restaurant is limited. I suspect this is because they have more business stays than families. In the room, there was a dated iPhone dock by the bed. This is probably useless to 99% of customers. It would be better that sockets were changed to incorporate USB.

The bar is poor, kept trying to sell us shandy when we asked for beer. Definitely no language misunderstanding, we asked 3 times for proper beer before it finally came. Bar staff laughing about and saying it was proper beer. Finally given proper beer. Look at the colour difference in the photo.
