Fabulous stay! Clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast and evening meals. Staff were very helpful. Short walk to the bus stop or gondola. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Brilliant week spent here, started off the trip with the staff giving us an upgraded room which was brilliant! Lovely top floor view surrounded by the mountains. The food was amazing each night and the staff are absolutely brilliant, we will definitely be returning here next year!
Unfortunately, we were able to get no sleep in this hotel because of the sound of an insect chewing on wood which was progressively louder at night but you could hear it during the day as well. We asked to switch rooms but were told the hotel was fully booked out and not offered any consolation. Honestly, I would’ve taken anything. Free parking, free breakfast or even a free coffee so I could stay awake from no sleep. Additionally, the WiFi didn’t function so we had to reschedule a few work calls. I wouldn’t try to stay here if you need reliable WiFi, sleep or are worried about health hazards to do with the insects in the wood. Fairly close to the gondola though which was nice
