The overall stay is nice, but only one thing i couldn't understand that when we are spent too much money to stay than why the staff denied to use the sweeming pool which is located in game zone. They denied to use and told us that this pool is only for day outing guests than why we spent our hard core money to stay here. It was realy surprise for me . Anyway I really thank to reception staff who is requesting for review on the reception and wasting your 10 mints.

The stay was very good and pleasant . Services are also fine except the pool. There were hygiene issue while using the pool. Everyone was entering the pool without costume and cap. Food was good. Mr. Rakesh took a good care of all the services and is very soft spoken . Overall a good experience

Very bad hospitality, starting from reception to restaurant everywhere the staff is full of arrogance and attitudes. Only the managerial level staff are a bit decent in conversation, otherwise except those the receptionist, the server at the restaurant were all arrogant, unhelpful. Achal at the restaurant was the worst server I came across in the recent times. Bewares of the lunch timings, they close the A-La-Carte ordering at 3pm and only light snacks are available after that. The play area was not maintained properly. Swimming pool was clean and was usable. Rooms were okay except few light switches malfunction, some loose screws here and there, not cleaned Mini fridge, TV-STB was not working initially, had to request them to recharge to view TV. Not much to do after the dinner time, very restricted area to explore near the station as everything closes around 7-8 pm. Again mentioning the rude, arrogant staff behaviour, if you are not looking for hospitality or can accept the attitude and arrogance, then you must definitely visit this, or else find a better place than this.
