Held Hotel & Spa

I enjoyed very much my 4 nights stay at this hotel! The total experience was amazing, including good sized double room, great sporting activities, huge spa area with 25m swimming pool, amazing food offer with different themes every day. The highlights for me were daily infusions with different herbal oils and musical accompaniment in the panoramic sauna. Dinners were real gourmet experience! I had a real quality time there! Thank you Held team, you are Heroes!

This is a hidden gem in the Zillertal valley. I visited years ago and fell in love with this family owned hotel and now expanded significantly with a gorgeous adult-only wellness and spa area. Food is great, excellent service and rooms are spacious and clean. Perfect for couples and also great for families.

Great food, excellent Spa and Sauna zone, wonderful view. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with staff. Too expensive for the service we experienced. We had issue with heating System and staff did not solve the issue. The Service guy appeared only in the last day of our stay when we had to already Check out. Staff seemed arrogant, especially at the front desk. All 6days we spent we had cold floor in the bathroom and no place where to heat swimming suits, towels, bathrobs. Kids playroom seemed too cold and the toys were old. Way too high price for what you get. I would not recommend the hotel for such price.
