Staying at this cosy, home-like hotel was truly a heartwarming experience. Tucked away in a quiet, somewhat isolated location, it offers a kind of peace and authenticity that’s rare to find these days. While it may not carry the badge of a 5-star establishment, the care and thoughtfulness behind every detail far exceed many luxury hotels I’ve stayed in. What impressed me most was how they manage to provide such warmth and quality despite limited resources. The breakfast was simple but made with love, and every interaction with the staff felt sincere and heartfelt. You can tell they pour their hearts into creating a welcoming atmosphere, and it really pays off. If you're looking for polished marble floors and bellhops, this might not be your place. But if you value genuine hospitality, quiet comfort, and the feeling of being cared for, this hotel is an absolute treasure. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning my return.
Cosy place to stay. We have reached the location late at night. 12 a.m. Although they have listed an open reception, it is a little difficult to check-in at that time, but this is just a small detail. The breakfast is suitable for all tastes. As an outsider ( non-turkish, non-muslim), I have found the place, amenities and offerings, well suited. I cannot say anything about anything related to certain needs and customs. From an european or western point of view, you will find it very nice. Rooms are maintained, clean and spacious. Personally I had a third floor room with a pool view and it was very nice. Hotel is two minutes away from the beach ( by car ).
If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. From September 2 through September 4 I booked two King Deluxe Lanai Suite rooms for my family member. I’ve been to the hotel in previous years and I have stayed in the particular deluxe suite before. When my family members arrived they were given regular deluxe double rooms. There was no explanation or apology and they were just give these downgraded rooms. I paid for Deluxe Lanai suite rooms and was not even given my money back. For the second night one family member was give the Deluxe Lanai Suite room for 1 night. However, I was charged for 2 Deluxe Lanai Suites for 2 nights. No business should be run in this manner. There was a complete lack of professionalism and communication from the owner and employees of this establishment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My family member called me in the USA to speak with the man in the front desk. This employee had no apologies and was basically trying to make the situation our fault somehow. I booked through Expedia and have all the factual data on hand. Go anywhere else if you want to stress free vacation.
