Helena Park Ultra All inclusive

I went there about nearly one year ago just before the school holidays. It was amazing, the food was amazing, it felt safe and there was always entertainment going on. When you go all inclusive the food is free, drinks are free and the beach chairs by the pool and beach were also free. The pool was easy to access and so was the reception. Rooms were cleaned everyday and they took care with belongings that were in their way. Free sanitary stuff was also in the room when you got there and some of the stuff in the fridge was free. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Nothing more you could ask for really. The hotel staff were amazing, especially the entertainers. There weren't many English people but everyone seemed to speak it. The coach ride there and back to the airport was also good. Going to go back next year but with my aunt and uncle, hope we get the same great experience! Great for the money.

I LOVE IT HERE! Thanks to the animation team, I have had a wonderful stay here. Paris and Danya are the COOLEST people! They have shown so much enthusiasm for their hubs and have played games with me—not as a worker but as a friend. ☺️🥹🤗

We've just come back after a week, the hotel is lovley and clean staff are really friendly, language barrier was sometimes hard but not an issue. Food was good we were all inclusive so it was good variety of food and drinks. Pool bar was great with food and the staff were amazing. The Animation team were great in trying to do entertainment for everyone I just think they had a lot to do considering ther was only 4 to 5 of them to keep everyone entertained not ther fault there could of been more entertainment on a night but apart that we can't fault the place or the staff close to beach. Pple on scooters were mental flying up and down wen pple are walking but yea good holiday and other down fall was no tv in english.
