I have just returned from a visit to Lourdes and stayed in the Helgon Hotel. I can't rate this Hotel highly enough. From the time I arrived, to the time I left , the staff were very friendly, professional, polite and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel restaurant and food was excellent and the bedrooms were very clean at all times. Thanks to Francois, Sabrina, Mel , Audrey and staff . Keep up the good work and thanks again for the kindness , support and friendship shown throughout my stay
Friendly and clean hotel. Very close to the Sanctuary. Close to restaurants.
Small hotel. No restaurant but supposedly serves breakfast croissants but missed it. No marketplace for snacks, just water and drinks from their bar. The room is small and even smaller, the bathroom. Clean but very basic. Only one towel per guest and not even a box of Kleenex available to buy. Would only recommend for solo travelers. Efficient and helpful staff though. Great location if visiting Grotte. If a group of two or more, stay elsewhere.
