We have stayed at the Helios hotel for over seven years now. The standards have always stayed the same. The food is amazing. The staff is always extremely helpful and super professional. They go over and beyond to meet your needs. They recently opened the new rooftop Terrace restaurant, Which is called (Terrazze Mia) This is absolutely gorgeous with views all over Monza, even having a glimpse of Milan in the distance. We had a private dinner party for 30 people, and everything was executed with perfection. Especially the food and the drinks. We live in the USA, Germany and Italy and we always come back to the Helios hotel twice a year. I cannot imagine coming to Monza and not staying at my favorite hotel. Thank You Jean Luca, Carlo and all the team that makes all my experiences exceptional. Especially this one. Thank you Meera Cameron.
Stayed at the lobby to change my phones. The gentleman at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. Even gave me a hairdryer to dry my charging port because there was water in it. While waiting I got myself tea, which was good as well. Would definitely stay here next time I am in monza
Arrived late. Reception was very friendly. All parking taken due to wedding event. Room was very warm as A/C was turned off. But cooled down after a while. Had to get up in the middle of the night to turn off A/C as it was freezing even at 20 degrees setting and there were no blankets, only thin sheets.
