Helios Spa All Inclusive

Ultra all inclusive but you go by thier bus 10' to Panorama Beach, if you have room in the bus! Next one is in 30', but if there are many passengers from the beach left behind, the driver calls for the next colleague to come immediately. Mini club is a lady that dances with the kids the same songs every evening from 8 to 9 PM Food is good (not exceptional) and various, for the adults. Should be more types of pasta (not only pizza 3 days in a row) and not so much fries at the kids corner. Red wine is very bad. Rose and white wines are good. At the bars: Cuba Libre good, all other cocktails too sweet. Landscape need improvements. The watersides are old and used. Table tennis is new and good, the pool table is old but the ball set is a wreck. Cleaning is good in the hotel. Personal opinion: worth max. 4 nights. Price / quality ratio very good because we spent about 330€ including parking for 3 nights between 29.06-02.07.2025.

I had an accident 15–16 days before the vacation and this inhuman hotel just took my money and never replied to Booking for my refund, because I wasn't unable to go on vacation, because I've lost one of my fingers from my foot. I contacted personally the hotel staff and they replied so miserable and so inhuman after I said to them my problem. The conclusion was "you booked on Booking, request refund from Booking". Booking solved nothing, they don't wanted to reply to Booking. I needed that money so much when I was in hospital, and they were happy for "eating" my money. Shame on you!

Unfortunately, the hotel was disappointing, we stayed there for 8 days and during this time the room was never cleaned. And we should start with the fact that when we checked in the room was not cleaned and we still had to wait. The room was cleaned in 10 minutes, to be honest, I don't know how you can clean it so quickly, so we checked into a dirty room
