Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent service from all the staff. Ideal location.
We had a great time at this hotel for one week! All the staff was so friendly and welcoming and they always made that little extra to make you feel welcome. Everything was clean and well maintained and the hotel has a perfect spot right near the beach. What i did miss was some kind of entertainment at the hotel, maybe some live music or something during the evenings because during our visit there was non. Apart from that i will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm and cozy vacation. I could definitely return to this hotel if i ever go back to Rethymnon!
I stayed in this hotel for 7days. The shower water is not hot enough for a shower. When I talk to the reception ,the water gets warmer. I have to do this every night since I stayed here and the staff are not likely to solve the problems. And the towels are not comfortable. They are rock hard and have some weird yellow spots. The only advantage for the hotel is it's near the beach (just across the road).
