I loved every single detail about the hotel. We didn't stay in the hotel but went to explore and have a cup of coffee in an authentic place. We welcomed by the team and we asked if we can have a room tour and next we welcomed by a senior member who was super humble and accommodating and went way above and beyond. He took us through a full hotel tour which felt like stepping into a different historical era, hearing about all the activities the king used to enjoy in the hotel, the royal guests and a lot more and how Helnan group managed to keep every authentic piece yet enhance the hotel for today's world as well. We enjoyed a walk through the different rooms and the king's suite which was amaaaazing 😍 we ended this amazing tour with a lovely cup of coffee that was on the house. Definitely an unforgettable tour ❤️
Location is away from the center of the city and away from touristic places .However, the view was spectacular, the place was a blend between an important historic Era and some signs of modernity. Pictures at the entrance were very informative about this historic Era .I was annoyed by the continous music .it can be turned on for a while and shut down for a while ,not all day music .still you can hear it at your room but at a low tune.
The location is good, but the room was not clean enough. The wifi is not working inside the room only in the lobby!!
