Beautiful pace to spend a holiday. The staff are so friendly, food and breakfast are delicious with big variety. The pool is enormous for all ages. Any problem is quickly handled by the staff. Really pleasant stay.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The staff’s attitude was extremely poor / very, very bad in how they treated guests, and completely unprofessional. Instead of a warm welcome, we were met with cold, disrespectful behavior and no proper communication. Things got even worse when we, as a family, had booked three rooms next to each other but to our surprise, they placed us in completely different blocks! Even though we clearly requested two connecting rooms by email in advance, they ended up putting each room in a separate building! It was beyond frustrating and honestly, laughable. To make matters worse, my room wasn’t even ready, despite arriving well after the official check-in time. I had to wait more than two hours in the lobby . When I finally entered the room, it was a disaster , dirty floors, a terrible smell, and a bathroom in awful condition. Worst of all, the towels and bed sheets were not clean at all , they were clearly used and absolutely unacceptable. Overall, between the unprofessional service, lack of cleanliness, delayed check-in, and complete disregard for basic guest needs, I would never stay at this hotel again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

To cut this short , this hotel is a horrible , awful experience and a wate of time , vacation and money The moment I reached the hotel by car , a staff member said “carry the bags from the car to a mentioned spot inside the reception”in an order manner without offering help. I arrived at 2 pm to avoid the check in hassle , but to my surprise dozens of families were sitting around waiting to check in . Staff are totally untrained , unprepared and unprofessional . They seemed surprised by the number of rooms checking in which is totally unbelievable. They checked in someone else into my room “the room was registered with my name and national ID on their system already by their own receptionist “ but they handled the keys to someone else and he checked in the room!!they then called him to go back down to the reception with the keys . And I finally reached the room by 4:15 pm . The linens looked awful and not laundered , hair clumps on the carpet, screws on the carpet and flies roaming around the room . Apparently the view from the room was great . A double room with a 4 year old child on check-in had only 1 of everything (1 towel…etc) . Upon trying to call the reception to request the missings, they never picked up . I had to go back to the reception and as expected the reception staff were careless as always . I requested the GM , Mr Gamal abo Elazm who apparently was the only professional staff member on premises and apologized a lot for all the past events . Upon going back to the room I found all the missing were added with a fruit bowel as a compliment from Mr Gamal who I would like to thank a lot . Rooms are not spacious but newly refurbished, they miss the cleanliness by the staff . Tv wasn’t working. Pools are massive , clean but nowhere to have a seat and as always staff are not helpful , They only handle you the towel cards upon your request , towels are mostly unavailable and they keep saying we are checking the laundry. imagine that I witnessed a young boy soaked in water after getting out of the pool asking for a towel , and the staff replied go to the reception first and get a towel card . Breakfast lacks the minimum quality, the food is not eatable . You can feel the taste of processed butter and oil in every bite . The restaurant is a mess . Staff waits for you to go get up for a sip of water and throw your food away ! You wait too long before finding a seat and of course staff are helpless . Guests are taking dozens and dozens of food back to their rooms that you can’t find the least to eat and the refil process just makes you feel like a refugee not a guest . Room service don’t do up your room even after requesting. Animation team is friendly and trying their best despite limited resources . The beach is another horrible experience, rubbish and plastic bags everywhere on the sand , the security on the entrance literally said “you wont find an available seat despite that you can enter “ . DON’T GO THERE !!
