Helnan Landmark Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Helnan Landmark Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, and all the facilities were in great condition. Everything was well organized and made for a very pleasant experience. A special thanks to Mariam at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly and professional. She made the check-in process smooth and went out of her way to assist with anything I needed. Her kindness and welcoming attitude truly made a positive difference in my stay. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again.

The room was a decent size, the shower was very good. Breakfast food was good in part: my mushroom omelettes, freshly made for me were great; but the fruit choices were disappointing and mostly the feed was targeted at local clientele. The sushi restaurant was a good experience (and not expensive) but I would have liked an alcoholic drink (beer, wine) and they don't serve alcohol.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. My 16-year-old daughter and her classmates had a party there, and the security staff treated them very badly. They were aggressive and physically pushed both the boys and girls out of the hotel before the agreed time. The girls were left outside in the middle of the night, which was completely unacceptable and dangerous. The event was very poorly organized, and the behavior of the staff was shocking. I’m truly upset and cannot recommend this place at all.
