Helvetia&Bristol Firenze Starhotels Collezione

We absolutely loved our stay at Helvetia & Bristol! The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome—and our dog was treated like royalty. He got just as much attention (if not more!) than we did. It’s rare to find a place that’s this elegant and still so down-to-earth and dog-friendly. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Our hotel stay was amazing. The staff were all helpful and very friendly. We did have issues with one of the showers and air conditioning which took second prompting but they were fixed well. The breakfast had good range and the kitchen and waiting staff went out of their way to cater to for my daughter’s allergies including making her special vegan pancakes. The turn down service we had by Jenny every night was above and beyond, she even lined up my kids’ PJs and stuffed toys. It made us feel very at home after a full day of exploring Florence. The location was right on the middle of downtown Florence, so close to all the sights we wanted to see. We really loved every minute we were at this hotel. Thank you Helvetia and Bristol, you are our new hotel favourite!

The minute we arrived we were greeted by your lovely staff. We arrived very early and our room was ready. Which was very impressive. Beatrice was just delightful. She escorted us to our room. The entire front desk go above & beyond to make every attempt for a perfect stay. The breakfast was magnificent and they were so accommodating, upon request to make me an egg white only omelette. You must request it tho. The Spa, was absolutely amazing. I had a massage w Michael, he was fantastic. After traveling all day it was amazing. The location couldn’t have been better. When we travel to Florence again we’ll definitely be staying w you.
