disgusting! Dirty, smells like sewer, noisy day and night, uncomfortable bed and especially pillows. Instead of improving the hotel, the business decided to rename and rebrand and, of course, not real reviews on the booking site!

AVOID My first review was apparently deleted. We were badly robbed here by a staff member (the doors only had keypads with codes, no old keys). They stole over $6k worth of items. Zero empathy. Threatened me to keep my mouth shut. Worst business ever. Do not stay here!

If I could give this no stars I would!! Firstly as women travelling alone, safety is very important, if you’re a woman, I would not recommend staying at this apartment. A male cleaner opened the door, after a clean was already completed with his own keys and just walked into the apartment. He could hear music and voices, he didn’t knock or even try to explain why he is essentially breaking in. When asked to leave, he refused and just stood there in the middle of the living room. We were absolutely terrified! We asked the business to call us immediately and receive very relaxed and very bad attitude towards what has happened. That was a truly awful experience, so if you want to avoid it happening to you, don’t stay here. On additional note, communication and updates are poor at best, there is no customer service whatsoever and it feels like you are not a customer but that the business is doing you a favour by allowing you to stay here. Sadly after this terrifying experience the rest was irrelevant.
