Hemma Bogotá Chapinero Premium Suites Hotel

Very centric to Chapinero. Grocery store, Oxxo, and the Transmilenio bus stop is only a few a steps away. The room itself was nice. Had a kitcken to cook our dinners, and the breakfast was fulfilling. Staff was nice and helpful, always being able to accomdate us with appliances such as an iron, blender, and sandwich maker. Would stay here again.

I needed wifi for work and it was poor quality when it did work, and then it stopped working completely for over a day. The power went out for 4 hours, I had to book another hotel and still pay for this one. Amenities in the room + “kitchen” were very basic. The staff was very kind which I appreciated.

I’m currently at this apartment and I have not had Wi-Fi for 3 days since I arrived. The review prior to me mentioned Wi-Fi was a problem as well. I contacted the manager and he is avoiding my calls. Asked for a refund so I can find another accommodation and no reply. Looks like I’ll have my bank fight them and dispute the charge since they don’t want to handle business in person FYI, I still have no internet which is needed for remote work. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
