Staff are fantastic, venue is great. Attended a wedding here and stayed for a few days. Danny was awesome, Harrison as well. Spa was accessible and easily met expectations, an awesome addition to the usual facilities available during staying in the hotel. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Extremely professional staff....couldn't be more helpful. Lovely clean rooms. We ate room service food which was 5 star...I had a spa treatment by Beth which was fantastic and Kelly on reception was a superstar. Will definitely come back for a short break
The room was beautiful very romantic too 3 staff members was beyond rude this is the second time we visited and I fort I let the first time go but as they continue to be rude in the second visit I unfortunately won’t be returning We had room service food and the plates was still outside our room the following evening there was never no ice to have with our drinks. And never no pint glasses but was charged pint prices for beer And then to top it off we was refused food cos they had a event on and we was not notified There no hairdryer in the changing rooms and no water by the pool for customers
