All in All 5/5... Staff are Very Diligent. Owner & His Wife Extremely Kind and very helpful. Rooms are clean, Restaurant Neat & Food is Good. Service is fast. Located in the Middle of the City Hemus is Highly Recommended.
There is not that many places in general where you can stay in town, not to mention the top location. The rooms are clean and bright and there is also a well maintained pool for a small additional fee. If you looking for a peace and quiet avoid the rooms overlooking the square on Friday's and Saturday's due to the lively late night bars nearby.
It's a renovated old hotel. The queen bed rooms are very spacious with the bathtub. The furniture is new. The locations is prime. Parking in the garage is 7 bgn per 24 hours. You can park on paid zone as well, per hour, behind the hotel. We didn't get on time for breakfast. The staff could be more polite.
