I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I can only give the highest praise. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained in every detail, with a stunning room offering a lovely view of the garden and the pool. The staff were simply outstanding: always smiling, kind, helpful, and truly up to the standard of the hotel. Every request was met with great professionalism and courtesy, making me feel cared for from the very beginning to the end of my stay. Breakfast was an absolute delight: abundant, varied, and suitable for every taste, with a team attentive to every need and always ready to assist with a smile. In every corner of the hotel you can feel a welcoming atmosphere, thanks to a staff who genuinely know how to make guests feel special. Henann garden is more affordable branch amongst the resort branches, its not beach front but its basically beside Henann regency & has its own route that directs you to the beach 💯 Where H.Garden has its own spot reserved for their hotel guest, love this part since I love station 2. The rooms are spacious & modern, even compared to Henann regency which is dated. What I don't like though, is the buffet area it lacks AC & since its not by the beach there is no breeze, which makes it very hot & challenging. Other than that, the stay was very nice 🫶

Where do I start. Arrived at this resort and was blown away by the property. Easily the nicest of station 1 and 2. That’s where the good ends. The service from the front desk ladies is easily the worst in my entire life. They have no clue what they’re doing. We asked for two rooms close to each other only to be told it wasn’t available. So after checking into our room we notice the room next to one of ours wasn’t being used. We then contact the lobby and a different lady checks and says oh yeah we can give you that one. They make us check out of one room and made us wait an hour plus saying the other needed to be cleaned. Later that night at bedtime I slide my feet under the covers and there’s sand in my bed so clearly they didn’t clean the room as they said. That same night the air conditioner started making a noise so I turned it up to see if that helped and a big cock roach came climbing out and just landed on the floor. By big I mean big. Cock roaches are just a part of the island so I didn’t let that influence me and we decided to stay an additional night rather than lugging our stuff and losing the 3 hours between check out and checking in somewhere else. The front desk says our rooms are not available. At 7am they’re already assigned to someone on a Wednesday? So they check us out of both rooms and give us a room so the 6 of us can have a place to hunker down while we wait for the other. 1 hour goes by we ask if the room is available. Nope but we are priority and our swill be cleaned before others. I sat and watched them clean 4-5 other rooms before ours. We ask again and they say still not available. I reminded them that we were told priority was our room but they said yes sir it’s still being cleaned. I told them no it’s not it’s sitting while we watched another group check in early to the room just cleaned. Worst part in the end is the two rooms we got were the EXACT same set up as our old rooms. I’m like why on earth didn’t you just give them the two rooms we just got and let us stay in our rooms rather than displace us and make your staff rush to clean a room for us. Then at check out they made us wait 30 minutes only to find out it was to make sure we didn’t leave anything in the safety deposit box. So we sit around and wait for you to double check is? Never again
