For most guest the hotels appearance and the number of stars are most important. For me... the staff of this hotel from security guard, front desk all the way to the restaurants, pool staff and cleaning team... they all make this hotel worthy of their stars. My family felt welcomed and secured. Not to forget, we felt so entertained and have been taken good care of during our entire stay. They accomodated our needs with big smile from their faces. We will surely come back to this place not only because og their professionalism but also because of the staff's warmth and welcoming attitude to their guests. I dont think there is a better hotel than Hennan Lagoon in the entire Boracay. Thank you to the entire staff for making our vacation to an unforgettable one. Wonderful stay and amazing staff! We had a great time at Henann Lagoon Resort. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff – nothing was ever too much to ask. The room was clean, the pool was beautiful, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway in Boracay! Come back for sure!!
Rooms are fine but very inconvenient as you have to walk a long way to go outside. The gym is so far and outside the main building so we did not even bother checking it. Service is not good. We had requested to make our room, first they only replaced the rags but not the coffee cups... second time they did not do it at all, went out 4 hrs and the room was untouched... third time, they did again that we had to call them and go to them personally to request. Buffet breakfast is nice but can repeat after 2-3 days... Their pool has too much chlorine that it hurts your eyes. They seem to not drain it even a quarter and just throw chlorine every night... Location is quite far from the beach. If you dont like walking, you will not like here. What we did is to get a ride to station 1 and walk from there..
