Henann Premier Coast Resort

From the moment we arrived at Henann Premiere in Panglao, I knew we were in good hands. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and an attentiveness that immediately made us feel at home. Every little detail was handled with care—from the refreshing drinks at check-in to the way the concierge patiently assisted us with our luggage, all while engaging us in light, friendly conversation that didn’t feel rehearsed but truly sincere. What stood out most during our stay was the consistency of their service. Every staff member we encountered, whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or even just walking through the hallways, took the time to greet us and check if we were comfortable. It wasn’t just polite gestures—it was genuine hospitality. Henann Premiere doesn’t just offer a beautiful resort experience—it offers people who care. Their customer service is not scripted or forced; it feels authentic, like they genuinely want every guest to have a memorable stay. It’s that sincerity, more than anything else, that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where hospitality is not just a service, but a culture.

We had reservations with the pricing at first but the resort didn’t disappoint. All staff are excellent with customer service. All staff are hospitable and there to help. The place is clean, the food from room service is nice. We had a great time at the main pool, the sky pool and the gym. There was also free parking for our motorcycle. Honestly we thought the food is better than a lot of 5 star review restaurants out there (we tried three of the more popular ones), the price was also relatively low compared to its value. We had two dinner buffets at the restaurant as well. Overall we thought it’s worth it. Thanks a lot to the staff for making this a great experience for us

The location of the hotel is SUPERB. It is within walking distance to the downtown of Panglao - restaurants, cafe, massage, etc. Janet and the hostess team at La Costa Breakfast were friendly and efficient with MABUHAY! greetings every morning without fail when we came for breakfast. The staff were always attentive in clearing plates at the tables and refilling dishes. Never running out of food. Sam at the Beverage Counter La Costa knew my preference when I asked for half-glass of hot water every morning because I needed to take my medicine. Dave offered help to carry my two bowls of soup to my table when he saw me doing it. He was very anticipative. Perocho is the most approachable and friendliest security officer I have ever know. He always greeted us and even recommended some good restaurants when we asked him. All the Housekeeping Team were super efficient and productive in cleaning the room too. They worked really hard. It is not easy to clean rooms with sands every day.
