Henann Resort Alona Beach

It was a superb experience with my family for our stay at this resort. From the Front Office Team, Housekeeping, F&B and to the Pool Services Personnel who were doing great customer service good job guys. Foods and Beverages are delicious w/ diffent cuisines to choose. The weather condition during that time was not good because of Tropical Depression so the beach was not enjoyable but due to their very nice pool suitable for adults and children everyone were still able to enjoy. As a satisfied guest, I could highly recommend this Resort when you're looking for a nice beach and pool together in one place. I'm sure it's worth to relax and enjoy yourself and most especially together w/ your family spending quality time.

First time staying in this hotel. It is a very nice hotel with so three pools and beautiful beach front. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the room. It was a bit crowded with Koreans, Taiwanese, Chinese and local. Great place to stay for 2-3 nights. The street is a bit busy and road still under construction . Many restaurant, shops, spa and offer shops nearby. Highly recommend this hotel if you are a couple, group and family.

Location 5⭐ Great location that has easy access to the main town area and the beachfront. Short walk from all the beachfront restaurants. Room 3⭐ Sizable and clean, albeit just the basics. No bath tub. No cable during our stay, yet no compensation for it. If this is meant to be a luxury hotel, I beg to differ. Service 4⭐ Nice and polite staff. Just that there are just too many guests and sometimes, it feels to crowded with common spaces not being enough. This can also be witnessed in the breakfast buffet area (same with other Hennan locations), wherein sometimes, dishes are not refilled in time. Amenities 2⭐ Crowded pool area, you can barely get your own lounge chair. Great pool bar though, they did their best given the amount of people they are trying to service. Although objectively great as a hotel, didn't feel as luxurious considering the price point. Would rate value for money to be quite low. I'm beginning to really think that Hennan is overrated. Overall satisfaction tends to be on the lower side.
