Checkin a 3pm is a little bit down but this is the rule so no problem with that. We have the family room quadruple great with four bed a small space with tables with sofa, shower is great with the bath tube. Really nice. Breakfast was simple but efficient we really like it the stuff was amazing and very professional. Value for money unbeatable.

Really nice location, less than five minutes walk from the station. Greeted at the main desk by a ninja and a dinosaur, very fun. The hotel is well equipped and the bedrooms are full of everything you need. Separate bathrooms to the toilet which is handy. The beds were spacious and comfy. Air con provided in the bedroom along with free WiFi.

Pros: Good size room and very clean. Bed was super comfy for me, and charging stations on both sides of the bed. The lights were also controllable from the bed with knobs and switches. The shower was a bit small, but had very nice pressure. It also has a café right at the entrance of the building. Self check-in and check-out was very easy. It was cool to see the dinosaur and samurai. There were free amenities before you go up as well as Manga that you could take to your room. A vending machine is on the same floor right after the elevators. It's located pretty close to Nara park, maybe a 5-7 minute walk. On the way, there are quite a few places to eat. Cons: I hit my knee on the sink as it's partially in the shower? The bathtub is also very tall (probably why I hit my knee)
