Lovely hotel! The building is beautiful, along with the decor. It’s a bit older so the doors stick, but it’s very charming 😄 No AC, but it was fine since it was not hot weather. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a strange situation with my reservation (messily planned business trip), so I had to split my reservation into 2 different stays. They were really accommodating in adjusting things so I could just stay in the same room the whole time, instead of having to switch! It’s also well-located, lots of restaurants and close to public transit stations.
Delightful hotel, can't recommend it enough - stylish old charm, helpful staff, quiet and comfortable rooms with pretty decor, nice breakfasts, great location. Literally can't fault it and will definitely be back. The staff were super helpful and accommodating with last minute changes two of us had to make to our bookings. All in all a great find!
Hotel and rooms are nice. Issue is safety box was not working, battery?? Informed reception 2 x. Nothing happened, or I dont know " no info" . Pls fix it asap for next visitor.
