We stayed at the Henrietta Hotel for two nights and everything was perfect. The kindness of the staff, their availability, and the warm welcome were excellent. We appreciated the bedding as well as the view from our room. I would especially like to thank Clémentine, who always takes great care of me during my stays at this hotel. I also want to thank the general manager for making our stay so enjoyable. A small downside: the breakfasts were not quite copious enough for my taste. I highly recommend this hotel
Perfect location for a four day stay in London. Covent Garden is a great area to stay, close to fantastic restaurants, near all the theaters, close to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and close to the Thames. Lastly, lots of excellent pubs nearby 👍👍👍
The staff was so friendly and lovely! Nice decor and good bedding. Unfortunately, I stayed in the new building and it was so loud because of convent garden, every 5 min a crowd was screaming! Also, there is no heater in the bathroom and the water does not really gets warm. Would not book it again.
