Room was great, only issue is no way of regulating the temperature in there, if there is, it's not obvious. We were fried.
Amazing location in the middle of Oxford. We did not recieve the entry code before arriving and had to call reception but everything worked out and we had a great stay. It is a cute old building with 3 flats that have been renovated. Highly recommend for a short stay in the city.
They cancelled our reservation a day before we arrived for a pretend building water issue. They collected our payment 3 days before and told us they would credit it in full. It’s been over 10 days and no credit was issued. I wrote to them 3 times…no answer! It was booked via Booking.com and they’re not helping either. It’s a scam Hôtel….DON’T GO There!
