I had an amazing walk, beautiful view, swimming pool is a must and appetizers were amazing, as well as the menu with gluten free options

2 star experience for a 5 star price, their restaurant’s food is mediocre and expensive, the food gave my whole family bowel issues for the rest of our night, the showers in our rooms had black mould on the silicone between the tiles and shower, electric plugs were missing and there was an exposed live wire right beside my sink in my room’s washroom, the trim of the floor boards was coming off the wall, there was paint chips, aesthetic damages, and even broken painting frames everywhere all over the hotel inside and outside the rooms, would never return, and frankly, if I didn’t already pay for my stay and leave I would’ve requested a full refund, not only was I dissatisfied with my experience but frankly I was off put and disgusted, this unfortunate stay cast a shadow on my whole experience in the Hercegovina region, particularly around Međugorje. Finally the customer service was beyond sub par to say the least. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to my enemies. :(

Try to avoid if you want to sleep and relax. Disco all night. Loud music and children. Rooms are clean. Service is good in general. Air conditioning does not work at all. If you call the reception they advice you to open the windows. Shocking approach.
