A Perfect Stay for Families – Exceptional Staff and Stunning Views! We recently stayed at Hotel Heritage Grand Perast with our two young children (both under 7), and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, sweet, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, especially with the kids – always greeting them with smiles and little gestures of warmth that made a big difference. We booked a duplex room, which turned out to be perfect for our family. The extra space made it easy to relax after a day of exploring, and it gave the kids a fun sense of independence while still keeping us all close together. Everything was clean, beautifully maintained, and well thought out for a family stay. And then there's the location – simply breathtaking. Nestled right on the waterfront, the hotel offers stunning views of the bay and the surrounding historic architecture. It’s the kind of place where every moment feels special, whether you're having breakfast by the sea or enjoying a quiet evening walk through Perast. In short, I highly, highly recommend Hotel Heritage Grand Perast, especially for families. The warmth of the staff, the thoughtful accommodations, and the unmatched beauty of the setting make it a truly magical place to stay. We can't wait to return!

My husband and I have just spent a wonderful 10 nights at the hotel. The location is beautiful, the room was great and the food was delicious. We had a really relaxing stay and enjoyed everything that the hotel had to offer. The hotel team were all helpful and friendly, without exception, however, I would like to mention several team members who made our stay extra special: Front of House/Reception - Andrijana, Tanja, Jovana, Jana. Restaurant - Caroline, Blagota, Kamal and Andrija Spa - Ivana (Two of the best back massages that I have had!) We are certainly hoping to come back next year and would highly recommend the Heritage Grand Perast.

We had a wonderful 4 night experience at the hotel. The facility itself and the view are gorgeous- I attached the view from our room, even the lesser view from our daughter’s room was quaint and if you stretched your neck you could see the sea. Service was friendly and helpful. The water flow from our shower head was weak and was fixed the same day when we mentioned it. Breakfast has a large selection of fresh and delicious food, the bread is scrumptious. I would however recommend against dining at the hotel restaurant other than breakfast. I’d rather not elaborate as I do like the hotel. Two other problems that prevent me from giving a five star rating- there was an occasional sewage smell at the hotel beach and pool area which was overwhelming. The lifeguard said it was indeed sewage and after asking if the sea water was safe he said that it shouldn’t enter your mouth. Suffice it to say we did not try to swim there. The other issue was the lack of signage indicating the parking area for the hotel, which is outside of Perast ( only residents can enter with private cars). We drove around for a while asking locals who directed us to the place. Overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely town at the best hotel in it.
