Hotel Heaven Heritage is a great choice for anyone visiting Varanasi who wants a blend of heritage charm, modern amenities, and genuine hospitality. It offers a peaceful retreat after a day spent exploring the spiritual and historic sites of this timeless city.
Rooms are so neat and clean, so near to 4 number gate, easy to go Vishwanath temple & corridor, manikarnika, kal bharava mandir and everywhere. Every essential accessories available in room, staff behavior so friendly and polite..this is One of the best hotel in Varanasi to stay.
It was an average experience. It is either newly constructed or renovated. The rooms are clean and of decent size. Air conditioning was working properly. You will have ghats and temples approachable from here. There are lots of eating joints just outside the hotel on the main road. The staff doesn’t seem to have any hospitality industry experience but eager to help when explicitly told what is missing in room (expected as part of regular housekeeping when room is prepared for the guest… like putting towels, soap etc). Overall I feel the rooms pricing should be 20-30 percent less than what is being charged for it to be value for money. Some of the things that must be considered while booking this property: 1. The hotel is in old city and on the road with vehicle restrictions. So, if you are traveling by your vehicle then you need to consider parking spots upfront. Even if you are traveling via Taxi then also you will have to get down around 800 meters before and then do a rickshaw. 2. The property itself and its location is not suitable for people who are old or need special assistance. 3. I personally found it claustrophobic and risky in case of any fire incident. The owner has fire hydrant installed but I couldn’t see any fire extinguishers. The staff wasn’t even aware of what a fire extinguisher is when asked explicitly. The staircase is narrow and the way hotel is constructed it will be next to impossible for anyone on upper floors to exit in case of fire on lower floors. God knows how fire clearance is given to commercial properties. As usual the staff was in denial that any such incident can even happen 😁 which is normal in Indian context. The approaching streets are too narrow for any emergency services to reach the doors. I think safety considerations and accessibility are usually not a consideration for most of the people in India and so if you fall into that category then critical observation around these two aspects can be ignored.
