Elegant and amazing! Location is super and facility is the best we have experienced in Croatia. Staff were so kind and very helpful from reception to restaurant to the kind helpers with the bags! We truly loved it and enjoyed the stay.

Our stay at Hotel Fermai was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is newly renovated with a stylish design, spacious and impeccably clean rooms - a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A special shout-out to the amazing ladies at the breakfast area, especially Rahela, who went out of her way to prepare a customised breakfast box for us to take on an early sightseeing tour. It was thoughtfully packed with fresh fruits, water, and napkins - all tailored to our dietary restrictions. Every hotel should consider offering this kind of breakfast box option for guests heading out early. It’s such a simple but thoughtful service that makes a big difference when traveling. The hotel is also ideally located, just a short stroll from the Old Town, making it super convenient to explore Split’s historic sights. Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again!

We booked Fermai Heritage Hotel for three nights. It has a perfect location, not too far away from the old town and all the sightseeing spots. Our room (308 on 3rd floor) was rather small and dark, with little daylight only (compared to others). Anyway everything was very clean, helpful staff, and the breakfast nice. Only thing: If you are a coffee lover, don't expect too much. 😉 Parking is possible directly behind the hotel, for a fee of eur 20 per night...
