Heritage hotel Santa Lucia

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and overlooked the lively square -a beautiful view to wake up to! The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was of great quality, with a nice variety to start the day right. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Drago at the reception - he went above and beyond! We were already on our way to the airport when he called to let us know we had forgotten our notebook charger. Since the old town isn’t reachable by car, he waited for us at Riva on a very windy day (bura), just to hand it over. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you, Drago, and the entire team at Santa Lucia! Highly recommended!

Excellent stay all round. Perfect location in the historical district. Beautiful rooms, perfect water pressure, elevator. Extremely helpful reception staff and I would recommend using their airport transfer service to avoid unexpected taxi prices at the airport. I can’t wait to come back.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Santa Lucia Heritage Hotel in Split, Croatia, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location offers easy access to transport hubs, high-end shopping, and all the essentials for a perfect holiday. The hotel itself is very well maintained and our room was immaculate, offering all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out to us was the staff— the best on our holiday. They were friendly and responsive whenever we needed assistance, and going above and beyond when we didn’t expect it. We highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area!
