Heritage Hotel Suites and Spa

I had a truly wonderful stay at Heritage Hotel in Pokhara. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly polite and thoughtful. Bhugol at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and personally showed us around different room types, providing an excellent introduction to the hotel. The restaurant was also a highlight of my stay — I ended up having almost every meal there, enjoying the delicious food in their beautiful garden. Each dish was fresh and full of flavor, making it hard to eat anywhere else in Pokhara! What makes this hotel truly special is its decor. Every piece is a unique collectible, thoughtfully chosen and beautifully arranged. The entire place feels like a living gallery, full of charm and cultural richness. This is hands down my favorite hideaway in Nepal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, artistic, and peaceful stay in Pokhara.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, as first time visitors to Pokhara. We have enjoyed the friendly service, delish food & relaxing vibes while sitting by the pool. The hotel has an abundance of old charm. We know how hard times have been over the past 5 x years, and we appreciate you are doing the best you can to maintain an important heritage site in Lakeside. The lift was handy to use when we were tired of the stairs. The room was cosy, the bathroom had a great shower, hairdryer and is spacious. There is a living room area with old but comfortable couches & a TV. The beds comfortable and also have a TV. The morning view of the mountains was absolutely priceless. We also enjoyed our time sitting by & having dips in the pool. Thanks to you all. Namaste 🙏

Booked the room on the phone and reserved for Nepalese new year once I got there the staff said no one phoned and booked the room, practically he sold the room for higher price. As it was busy day he got more money by playing dirty.
