Heritage Khirasara Palace

I recently visited this beautiful heritage palace, and it was truly a delightful experience. The architecture and ambiance are absolutely stunning, giving royal and traditional vibes. The restaurant inside serves incredibly delicious food, and the service was very good with polite and attentive staff. Perfect place to enjoy a peaceful evening with great hospitality.

**Khirasara Palace Hotel – Disappointing Food and Poor Service** My recent experience at **Khirasara Palace Hotel** was extremely disappointing, particularly in terms of **food quality and service**. **Food Quality:** The food was **below average**—lacking flavor, freshness, and presentation. The dishes tasted **bland and overcooked**, and some items appeared to be **reheated rather than freshly prepared**. For the price charged, I expected much better quality, especially in a heritage property like this. **Service:** The service was **slow and unprofessional**. Staff seemed **uninterested and inattentive**, with long delays in taking orders and serving food. Even simple requests (like water or cutlery) were met with delays. There was **no warmth or hospitality**, which was surprising for a palace hotel. **Overall Experience:** The ambiance of the palace is beautiful, but that’s the only positive. The **poor food and terrible service** ruined the experience. **Not worth the money**—I would not recommend dining here unless major improvements are made. **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) – Worst * Would not visit again ---

I stayed here for 2 nights from 20-22nd Mar. The hotel is app 20 kms from city. Which takes around 40 mins app to reach Hotel. Hotel gives a vibes of Heritage Property. Rooms are spacious. Cons : 1. Pathetic service. Night there was one Party wherein the loud speaker where blowing full throttle till Midnight. Certain guests complaint including me. They were not ready to stop. Only assurance first till 10:30 than 11 than 12 finally after complaint they stopped. 2. Intercom doesn’t works. Mobile number was given which they don’t pick. To order food in room number is different. Which they keep on passing to other person. Probably they don’t understand language. 3. Attitude: After good number complaint they say Jo karna h kar lo.
