Warning Regarding Booking at Bellawoods Villa – July 12, 2025 I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Bellawoods Villa, specifically regarding a booking I had for July 12, 2025. Unfortunately, I was informed that the villa owner, Atul, canceled my reservation without a clear or valid reason. The reason provided for the cancellation was a supposed “short circuit” at the property, which I find highly suspect. Furthermore, after canceling my booking, the villa was later sold to walk-in guests, which strongly indicates that this was a tactic to double-book and prioritize walk-in customers over those who had already secured reservations. Given this situation, I strongly advise against booking Bellawoods Villa for your holiday. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would not want anyone else to face the same issues. For your own peace of mind, please consider alternative accommodations that will honor your reservation.
