A Romantic Valentines Day, one could almoat only dream of 🥹 From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly special. Every detail was carefully thought out, creating the most magical and romantic atmosphere. The food was exceptional, and enjoying dinner on our private balcony while watching the sunset was simply unforgettable. But what truly amazed us were the breathtaking decorations, beyond anything we could have imagined. The colors, the ambiance, and the attention to detail made everything feel like a scene from a dream. Well, actually, the sunset was also so beautiful, it almost was like a photo! If you’re looking for the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway, whether it’s for a honeymoon, Valentine’s Day, or a special weekend together, this is the place. It was the most romantic setup we’ve ever experienced, and without a doubt, one of the best days of our lives. We can’t thank the team enough for their warmth, care, and effort in making this experience unforgettable. From a bed of roses to candlelit baths, every moment was filled with romance and beauty. Very poor customer service provided by the older lady working the evening shifts. Everything we requested a service during the evening we had to call 2-3 times. Two days we called and requested housekeeping service and she forgot to relay the message to housekeeping. We stayed in room 1803 and found a wallet in the safe and gave it to her to contact the previous guest. Hope he was contacted. Housekeeping and bellmen all very helpful and provided great service.

Avoid at all costs ! Checked in Sunday 06/07/25 and buy next evening £250 was stolen from my safe,my friend in the next room had £400 stolen from the safe.Reported to main desk and no one basically cared.Manager eventually made contact 2 days later.In the mean time i checked all the negative reviews and they were mostly of money stolen from the safe.The manager said anyone can write lies to which I replied that most people complain about a dirty room,bathroom and usual things and not money being stolen from the room safe.We went to police station to report but difficult to comprehend when there is a language barrier but managed to say what we wanted.Police told us why didn't the hotel manager ring us to report? Obviously hotel doesn't give a rat's ass that staff are stealing money from rooms.I would suggest to not put money in safe and keep it with you at all times. Hotel didnt care at all or follow procedures.
