Hermes Club Hotel Ultra All Inclusive

Pretty, well equipped hotel just few meters from the sea. Inside hotel there is aquapark with attractive pirate ship theme. If you are considering visiting this hotel, not only you are going to experience amazing sunrises above the sea, not only you are able to live in relative peace and solitude, but you will also have many, many options of interaction with amazing and energized animators, who are able to provide fun and activities for all day long. Except for Sundays, when it's animator's day off. One thing really deserving special recognition, is cuisine. Sipmly put, it's amazing. You have to try it. If you have kids, you will love it

Location nearby sea with nice view. Rather small beach (we prefer small and not crowded). Sea when calm very nice with pure water, when waves then some sea moss and friendly small medusas (safe and not anyhow harming). Rooms nice and tidy. Well organized. Spacy bathroom. Good cleaning service. In general hotel clean, good service from all staff. Hotel superb fitting for families with children.

We came with high hopes only to be let down tremendously. The hotel is nice but is not kept in a good condition. Pool amenities are rusted and broken, there’s trip hazards all around and very slippery stairs. Food is disgusting! The “chef”, if I may call him like that, just opens a can and serves it. The best thing I ate was boiled eggs. Service is absolutely horrible. They’ve hired people that don’t care, are rude and don’t speak neither Bulgarian nor English. I am ashamed to be here. Completed disgrace for the beautiful Bulgarian seaside!
