Hermitage Capua Hotel

Loved this hotel! Staff was very helpful, funny and very friendly, will defiantly stay again, the rooms were really very clean and very spacious rooms! It was extremely hot outside the AC worked miracles, the cleaners left the room looking spotless they even folded my clothes which I left as a tip on the bed, all my makeup was put nicely which I left all over the place and I also left money on the desk which I forgot to pick up every single penny was there, very trust worthy staff! Beds were very comfortable, provided with lots of towels which were already in the room on arrival (replaced every time room was cleaned), soap, shower gel, shampoo was all provided, there was a small fridge with two water bottles free the only feedback for improvement I could give is, there should be a hot water kettle in the room, and maybe have a 3 person room (at the moment they have single and double rooms), also they should have a breakfast option and a restaurant (they have a hot drinks machine), also maybe have a Iron for customers to use. Very affordable price! The hotel is opposite to a small shopping mall which is very convenient, can buy clothes, food, go to a restaurant, so even if they don't provide food you can go across the road. Other hotels around there are way too expensive and the only extra thing they provide is breakfast. I stayed 2 Nights wanted to stay 3 but they were fully booked! Loved it!

Hotel una volta bellissimo ,ora è esternamente brutto,in decadenza totale! Stanze con doccia ancora belle,spaziose e pulite! Solo acqua calda, tutto il resto non funziona! Gestione orrenda! Gente che dovrebbe come minimo lasciare il lavoro a chi ha voglia di lavorare! Ti lasciano fuori per andare a fare compere, e dalle 6 alle 8,40 abbiamo dovuto aspettare perché qualcuno si degnasse di andare alla reception per poter poi partire!!! Una vergogna!
