Hermitage Hotel Oceana Collection

I recently stayed at The Hermitage Hotel during a work trip, and it truly felt like a holiday! My sea view room was beautiful—clean, spacious, and relaxing. The entire experience was a solid 10/10 thanks to the wonderful staff - those working on the 3rd and 4th of July. A special shout-out to Kay, who went above and beyond to help me with an item I had accidentally left behind. Her kindness and professionalism were so appreciated. Thank you all for such a wonderful and seamless stay!

The Hermitage Hotel has excellent location, 5 minutes to a lovely sandy beach. Local to centre. The staff at Hermitage very helpful and kind and nice bar. I didn't try breakfast or food at hotel. The room I had was sea view and very nice. Downside, when flushing toilet there was heck of a noise for 5 minutes and this seemed to be the same for others, then the floor in the room was very creaky. The bed was fresh, clean and comfortable and overall I will go back there as found the hotel very relaxing and clean.

Stayed at The Hermitage hotel for 7 nights a twin room with sea views. Room was lovely with great views of the sea & clean with modern bathroom. Was able to walk everywhere so fantastic location to shops & beach 🏖️. We were very disappointed with the reception staff on 22/7/25 after travelling from Birmingham with family & pet dog we expected at least friendly staff on reception, the guy never smiled & talked to us like he was just going thru the motions. Same cold reception from a girl next day also. The only staff who gave us exceptional service was the bar /restaurant staff especially Olly who not only provided great service with a smile but also made a fuss of the dog.
