Hermoso Dpto 3d Forest Tower II Punta del Este

Rather nice hostel in a great location. Areas have no WiFi like the top floor which is frustrating. Small but useful kitchen. Really nice seating area on the ground floor.

Basic hostel, basic breakfast and Price is cheap. Very good location to visit Punta del este walking through the city. Staff is nice and gave me a map and some advice. I could park my car in front of the hostel in order to let them look for it.

This hostel is the perfect definition of cow-house. We booked 3 beds in a bedroom for 6, but to get to the bedroom, we had to go through another room with capacity for 10 people. In other words, we paid for a bedroom for 6 and stayed in a place for 16. An absurd. We weren't informed before, but to use the lockers with safety, it's needed to rent a lock, and there's not enought locks for location. We always had to leave our belongings in the car. The car, for lack of parking, had to stand on a street apart. The place is very poorly sanitized. The carpet of the room, the walls and the bathroom are always dirty. There is only one shower for all guests. The bedroom is stuffy and had only one fan, and the this fan was spoiled. The service is terrible, it seems that the mother came out and let the boys taking care of the hostel. When I asked to change the fan to one of the boys, he told me that I would wait to tackle. I was waiting in the bedroom for awhile and when I realized, the boy had not even given importance to my request. He preferred to stay updating your social networks. Reserve 3 nights, but due to the poor condition of the stay, we get only 2, and it's obvious they didn't give me back the value for the third night. I prefer don't return to Punta del Este anymore if I'll have to stay in this hostel again. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL TO ANYONE!
