The hotel claims to be luxurious, but it's definitely borderline 70s. The decor in the room (and probably the others) is truly from another era, which spoils the experience. The bathroom is really small, and there's not even a plug in the bathtub if guests want to take a relaxing bath. This is really limited for this category of hotel. There's only one pillow for a double bed; the rest are cushions that are also really outdated and impractical for sleeping on... The food is neither more nor less appetizing; it's classic fare and not very plentiful. It's worth noting that for the first time in all the hotels I've stayed in, coffee capsules and other items are charged extra; and at a really high price, it's completely ridiculous. I won't be going back, that's for sure...

Terrible welcome, terrible telephone contact. Our stay for the night of August 4th had to be canceled (chronic illness that strikes at random times). Not the slightest hint of wanting to discuss from the woman who seems to manage the establishment. No refund, obviously, but the way she said it reveals a deep contempt for the potential customers that we were. I have never encountered this at a hotel worthy of the name. I dare to hope that our room will not be re-let, therefore billed twice (a little ethics would not hurt). I will not hesitate to advise against this hotel if the opportunity arises. It is distressing.
