Service was amazing. Very helpful personal, we felt very much supported. Location was also great. I would recommend to remove a message about “free transport for guests” , as I was told it doesn’t exist anymore. And update the towels. And definitely fix the roof, as it was dropping from the storm! Into our room and luggage Massage was AMAZING
Very good service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave me a free upgrade and the room was very nice. For the price we paid this was a good value. Note that this resort is high on a hill, so either be prepared for a hike or rent a motorbike.
Absolutely outstanding stay at The Wind Hotel Mountain! The service was top-notch, ensuring our every need was met with a smile. The rooms were incredibly spacious, providing a luxurious and comfortable experience. The array of amenities available left us spoiled for choice, and the food was simply delectable. A truly unforgettable stay! We can't wait to return! Highly Recommended.
