I had a wonderful stay with my family in one of the suite rooms (Room 222). The hotel is excellent: clean, comfortable, and with top-notch service. The staff were incredibly proactive and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to the General Manager, whose presence and energy clearly inspire the whole team. She personally recommended a few places for us to visit, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although I didn not get a chance to thank her in person during check-out, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding hospitality. It is evident that the team reflects the strong and positive leadership at the top. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The hotel is exceptionally pleasant. The accommodation is perfect, with clean and freshly cleaned rooms every day. The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel like you’re being accompanied by your own friends. Domingo and his colleagues are true professionals and very kind people. I would be happy to stay here if I am in Bilbao once again

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We stayed at this hotel in the very center of Bilbao and paid €369 for two nights – an absolutely outrageous price for what we got. The room was incredibly small, outdated, and poorly maintained. Nothing like what you’d expect for that rate. To make things worse, our window faced a tiny street undergoing construction, so it was noisy and unpleasant at all times. The furniture and decor were old, the walls felt bare and worn out, and the whole place clearly hadn’t been renovated in years. It looked nothing like the photos on the website. To top it off, parking was not included and cost an extra €25 per day, which added even more to an already overpriced stay. We took some pictures to show just how tired and uninviting the room was – it’s shocking this is considered acceptable at such a high price point. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.
